I am a material scientist and physicist pursuing a PhD co-funded by the US Department of Energy and Sheffield Hallam University. My research explores how crystallisation affects the durability of of Hanford nuclear waste glasses. Beyond this, my interests extend to all aspects of glass and ceramic science and I have contributed in a wide variety of research projects in these fields.

Prior to returning to academia I built a 10 year career in data and insights, running teams to unlock the full potential of companies’ data.
